Who We Work For
Tower Hamlets' commercial roofscape is mostly the same buildings as its homes — and that's our home ground. We look after shops with flats above along Whitechapel Road, Roman Road and Bethnal Green Road, where one leaking roof damages trading stock and someone's home at the same time, plus offices, cafés and restaurants, workshops, studios and light industrial units, and community buildings across E1, E2, E3 and E14.
Commercial Roofing Services
- Flat roof repairs and replacement — torch-on felt, EPDM rubber and single-ply membranes on larger roofs
- GRP for walked-on areas — terraces, walkways and plant areas, see GRP fibreglass roofing
- Pitched roof repairs — slate and tile work on period commercial buildings and parades
- Gutter and rainwater systems — including the box and parapet gutters behind shopfront facades
- Emergency response — seven days a week, because a leak over stock can't wait for Monday: emergency roof repairs
How We Work With Businesses
It starts with a survey and a photo report you can actually forward — to your landlord, your insurer or head office. Quotes are written and itemised for sign-off. Where the job would disrupt trade we schedule around it: early mornings, weekends, phased work. We're fully insured and happy to provide the documentation your landlord or insurer asks for before we start.
Planned Maintenance for Premises & Portfolios
The cheapest commercial roof repair is the one caught at the annual inspection. We run planned maintenance schedules for premises and portfolios — gutters cleared, flat roofs checked, photo report filed — and we do the same for landlords and managing agents with mixed residential stock.
What It Costs
Commercial work is priced like all our work: a free survey, then a fixed written quote — with access, scheduling constraints and making-good all priced in up front rather than appearing on the invoice later. Call 020 4578 5836 to book a survey.
