We only collect the information you give us when you get in touch — through our quote form (your name, phone number, email, postcode, details of the work and any photo you upload), by phone, or by email. We use it to respond to your enquiry, arrange a quote or survey, and get your roofing work carried out — which means passing your details to the local roofing contractor we work with, who provides your quote and completes the work. We rely on your consent and our legitimate interest in handling enquiries to do this. We will not sell or rent your information to anyone, and otherwise share it only with the trusted providers that help us run the site and handle our calls and enquiries.

Call recording

Calls to our number may be recorded and transcribed so we can deal with your enquiry accurately and keep our service quality up. You'll be told at the start of the call; if you'd rather not be recorded, just use email or the form instead.

Your control over your information

You can ask us at any time to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you, or to stop contacting you — just email [email protected]. If you're ever unhappy with how we've handled your information, you can contact the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO) at ico.org.uk.

Security and retention

We keep your information secure and only hold it for as long as we need it for our business and legal record-keeping, and no longer than necessary. You can ask us to delete your information at any time (see above).
